DIY: Removing BMW Cell Phone Cradle from the Armrest Center Console

In this tutorial I will show you step by step on how to remove BMW Cell Phone Cradle to be replaced with a Center Console Mat Insert. Below you will find items used and needed to complete.
Follow steps below
First we will start in the front seat removing cradle and trim pieces.

Now we can move to the back seat for easier access
(See below)
Make sure you disconnect both sides for each seat
Remove the black connector
While reinstalling watch for cables as this can snag easily
After removing cradle, reinstalling trim pieces (follow above steps backwards to reinstall), Clean area and insert new Console Mat.
